In my opinion, I feel it disrespectful that this person is in the running for, as Jack Cafferty reminds us, one of the highest offices in this country. As Jack also says, there’s no excuse for this.

I completely agree with you! I stayed up late to watch the debate that began here at 2:00AM.
I made a comment on a blogger friend’s Palin post today. His post is a must read! My comment is the first one.

unfortunately for all of us, Palin’s performance last night did not demonstrate how poorly suited for office last night she truly is…
from the clip it seems like she’s like a poorly programmed robot who’s unable give a straight answers or utilize subject segues.
(vice) president palin is actually more frightening than dubya.

What’s disrespectful is that someone like you thinks you can play God and decide who is allowed to run and who is not allowed to run. Your attitude is so typical of the young, naive, unthinking, blindly-following, loud-mouthed, hate-speaking new Democrats. People like you are making me think seriously about switching and becoming a Republican. McCain was gracious from beginning to the end, while Obama refused to denounce during the debates on national TV some idiot’s comment about how McCain was a big racist similar to George Wallace. This is now America’s darkest hour. We chose the wrong man for the job.

J.R. You spoke of McCain’s graciousness and yet your comment is anything but. We all have our own opinions along with our right to vote– of course you’re welcome to not agree with my opinion and I with yours. That’s freedom.
